Dear Poly Family,

As the Chief Advancement Officer at Poly, I am thrilled to recognize the contributions of you—our donors—as well as exceptional faculty and dedicated staff for an extraordinary year of progress. The Advancement Team and I take immense pride in our role to secure an exceptional learning environment that is rigorous, inclusive, and supportive. Thank you!

At the heart of our mission stands Poly’s esteemed faculty, whose dedication shapes the lives of our students in profound ways. In partnership with our donors, we have prioritized the professional development of our faculty, funding global research trips, cultural exchanges, and conference participation, which ensures that we attract and retain talented teachers. We have also expanded our teacher internship program, supporting Poly’s continued aim to train future educators who reflect the diversity and experiences of our student population.

Additionally, a core tenet of our philosophy lies in the commitment to providing an incomparable educational experience to all students, regardless of financial means. Thanks to the generous gifts of our donors, we have been able to offer more than $6M in student aid in 2022–2023. This has allowed 26% of our student body to access the enriching opportunities that Poly provides, creating an academic community that thrives on the collective strength of its unique voices.

As we celebrate the successes of the past year, we eagerly anticipate a future brimming with promise and opportunity. Your generous support will continue to serve as the bedrock of Poly’s legacy of academic excellence, personal responsibility, and service to others.

With thanks,
